Description: Almost 3,000 students attend Mission Viejo High School each year. The school is well known for their football program, which has posted one of the best records in the country over the past decade.
The Mission Viejo staff was looking for durable equipment and an efficient way to train athletes in their long but narrow weight room. They chose 12 Hammer Strength Olympic Heavy-Duty Racks including wood platforms, as well as Ground Base and Plate-Loaded machines. The Hammer Strength Power Rack systems greatly improved efficiency as they allow the coaches to instruct and train all the athletes simultaneously and for all the athletes to complete the same workout. The staff also selected Hammer Strength products because of the equipment’s history of quality and durability.
